Do you dream of taking flight and yearn to gain hands-on experience before formal training?
Do you have basic aviation knowledge but aspire to soar to new heights in your flying journey?
The HKYAA Simulator Programme offers a structured, immersive experience that replicates real-world flight training—helping you build essential skills and confidence before taking to the skies.
With one-on-one simulator sessions, intensive workshops, and multi-crew operation, this programme is designed to prepare you for the challenges of professional flight training. Best of all, you’ll learn under the guidance of experienced instructors in a mentor-mentee environment.

✅ Realistic Flight Simulation – Train on advanced simulators that replicate actual flying conditions.
✅ Workshops & Soft Skills – Learn aviation theory, teamwork, and communication.
✅ Multi-Crew Experience – Work in pairs to master cockpit coordination.
✅ Performance-Based Progression – Advance only if you pass each phase’s check flight.
Programme Structure
Interview (Compulsory)
❗️Interviews will be held in June - August. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview by email or phone.

❗️ If the candidates haven't received any phone call or email from HKYAA, the application is still in progress.🛎️
⭐ Successful candidate will be notified by email or phone to arrange start of Simulator Program. Schedule will be flexible based on both Mentor/Mentee's availability as it is a 1-to-1 program. ⭐
Phase 1 (Compulsory) course fee: HKD7000
Single-Engine Visual Simulator Training (~12 hours, 1-to-1)
Advanced Knowledge & Soft Skills Workshops (~35 hours, mostly Saturdays)**
- Aviation theory (meteorology, navigation, aircraft systems).
- Instrument flying, communications, and team-building exercises.
Phase 2 (Optional) course fee: HKD6000
Multi-Engine Instrument Simulator Training (~18 hours, 1-to-1)
- Handle multi-engine aircraft, instrument navigation, and emergency procedures.
Phase 3 (Optional) course fee: HKD7000
Multi-Crew Cooperation Training (~34 hours, in pairs)
- Learn cockpit resource management, workload distribution, and teamwork.
🏦 Application Fee (Non-refundable): $100 HKD
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of HK$100 by bank transfer or FPS BEFORE filling in the online application form.

Application fee is not refundable or transferable.
Application fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the applicants are selected for an interview or not.
